Airport Police held receptions for three longtime employees who retired recently.

On Feb. 18, a party was held for Officer Gilbert Zambrano, who retired after 33 years of service in law enforcement, including 21 years with Airport Police. “We extend our sincere gratitude for his dedication, professionalism and unwavering commitment to the City of Los Angeles,” the department wrote. “His service made a lasting difference, and he leaves behind a legacy to be proud of.”

On Feb. 19, Airport Police said goodbye to William Cordero, 39 years of City service, and Officer III Andrea Williams, 20 years. Cordero was a key member of the Airport Police Training Unit.

The Club congratulates the three on excellent careers and wishes them all the best in their retirement.
