On Sat., April 18, Public Works/Sanitation and Environment held its 10th annual Citywide Earth Day LA event, this year at Pan Pacific Park in the Fairfax/La Brea area.
Subtitled “Planet vs. Plastics,” the event was described as a zero-waste event.
Features included City vehicles, games, prizes, sustainability workshops, plant giveaways, dozens of exhibitors, customer service, and fun for all ages. Exhibits were related to City services and sustainability.
