What a wonderful Finding Purpose After Retirement workshop today! We had Retirees join us in person and on Zoom, and the conversation was full of warmth, honesty and connection.
Using Viktor Frankl’s Man’s Search for Meaning as a starting point, John Hawkins, Training and Growth Manager, and I explored with the group how purpose can show up through the people we love, what we create and contribute, and the small moments that make each day meaningful.
