The Club Retiree Society enjoyed a day of friendship and exploration at Descanso Gardens on Sept. 24. A beautiful day is even better with good company!
Members of the Club’s Retiree Society spent a wonderful day exploring Descanso Gardens, enjoying the beautiful scenery, fresh air, and plenty of opportunities to connect.
Together, the group walked more than 8,000 steps while sharing stories, laughter, and conversations along the way. Members learned about the gardens and the Japanese Sounds of Water exhibit, exchanged tips and experiences, and even began making plans for their next adventure.
More than just a day outdoors, the outing was an opportunity for Retirees to build friendships, stay active, and enjoy new experiences together.
The Retiree Society continues to bring members together through outings, educational seminars, Book Clubs, and other activities designed to encourage connection and community throughout retirement.
