On June 30, LAPD Pacific Division held a retirement reception for Det. III James “Frank” Kenny, who retired from the force after 32 years of City service.
He retired from the division where he began his service – LAPD Pacific Division.
The Club congratulates Det. Kenny on his retirement, and thanks him for his dedicated public service.
